Church News - Youth Choirs Starting New Season

The Church youth choirs are starting up. Come and join in the fun. Under the talent and direction of Mr. Stephen Sloper, Director of Music Ministry, you will learn: basic musicianship, healthy vocal technique, language arts and mathematics skills, church history and social studies and obtain a reinforcement of our Roman Catholic Faith through scripture, Catholic teachings, Liturgy, Catholic Identity, and prayer and spirituality.
The season begins next week. All are welcome. No auditions are necessary. God gave everyone a voice. It is for you to give it back to Him.
Chorister's [grades 3-8] first rehearsal is Thursday, 8/27/2009 from 5-6:45 (parents need to come and register them at that time - AND are welcome to stay or come back at the end of rehearsal - whichever they choose).The Paduan Singers, our training choir, meet for the first time on September 1 from 4:30 - 6 pm. (parents need to come and register them at that time - AND are welcome to stay or come back at the end of rehearsal - whichever they choose).
